For the month of May I am going to feature my series on the Asian mannequins that Rootstein produced.
This is Satoru from the Partner Series.
The series was called Partners because the standing poses had the option of clasped hands with all models side by side forming a semi circular pattern. She was partnered holding hands with Daisuke, one of the two Asian male mannequins that Rootstein manufactured.
Based on her name she seems to follow the Rootstein tradition of selecting models of Japanese ancestry for their Asian mannequins. If you have any information on Satoru please write in the comments.+2
