They sold fast because there is a return to realistic mannequins after years of generic headless and faceless mannequins in retail displays. Known for their exceptional craftsmanship, realistic proportions, and distinctive poses, Adel Rootstein mannequins have long been considered the gold standard in luxury visual merchandising.
We have many iconic figures from a variety of collections and in standing as well as seated poses.
We also have some Rootstein hard cap wigs. Fortunately we also have Rootstein bum rods and flanges, for sale because non of these mannequins came with them or bases.
It took a lot of work unpacking, assembling, identifying, and photographing each mannequin and we decided to organize the sales catalog in alphabetical order by collection. Which was also time consuming. So many people in the mannequin collector community underestimate how much time and effort is involved in providing these mannequins for sale.They think only mannequin refinishers, not mannequin recyclers do the heavy lifting.
Most of them are in mint condition ! So many times when we recycled Roostein mannequins from other retailers, the mannequins had not been well maintained and had structural damage or missing parts.
