We are so EXCITED about a new line of eco-friendly mannequin forms that just arrived! While many of our customers are using them to display jewelry, these are so beautiful you might want to use them as decoration for your home or store.
These forms, unlike 90% of the dress forms on the market, are made out of materials that are natural and organic (is that redundant?) They are made from recycled paper, glued with rice paste and corded with materials such as paper twine, fibers and fine ropes. We are even going to get some that are covered with luminescent capiz shells!
They are available in a variety of styles, colors and sizes. as well as textures. The color and pattern may vary due to the natural properties of the raw materials. The complete line can be seen here:
Even if you could care less about being “green” or “socially conscious” – these are beautiful products that are easy on the eyes while also being easy on mother earth. Who says green fashion has to be “crunchy granola” looking?
The only disadvantage of this product line, is the limited availability. They are made in Southeast Asia and most of the mannequins we carry come from China. What this means is we do not receive shipments are frequently on these items, so we have frequent out of stocks. But if we are out of stock, you can order anyway and your order will be one of the first that we fill.
