The fantasy children’s window display we showcased in our blog yesterday was a welcome departure from the typical children’s window display that you see in a mall.001

While this display makes good use of oversized props to capture your attention, if just isn’t that visually interesting to us. The props overpower rather than enhance the mannequin and the clothes.

I guess the old adage about “children should be seen and not heard” must by most  children’s store retailers choose headless mannequins to display the clothes.

One rarely sees child mannequins with a face or a mouth to give the “illusion” of being alive, in retail stores anymore.

We offer a range of styles of children’s mannequins and dress forms for sale at Mannequin Madness, but the headless bendable mannequins (like at The Baby Gap) outsell all others.
