The mannequin legs were used as part of a series of installations with neon mannequins, lights and scaffolding in a new development is Kings Cross, London.
Until the retail space is filled with businesses, the developer didn’t want to have empty windows. So commissioned a media agency to come up with an idea to make the vacant units look good and attract companies to rent them.
