Paint a unibrow (essential!), red lips, and lots of rouge.To make the hair:Materials:

  • black crepe paper
  • scissors
  • glue gun
  • black paint
  1. Cut the crepe paper into small strips about 3′ long
  2. Braid the strips into one braid
  3. Glue the braid onto the head.
